Ok so its raining,  everywhere you go to for an indoors activity will probably be absolutely heaving with people having the same idea and by the time you’ve paid for entrance fees, drinks cakes and crisps will end up costing a fortune!

So, one thing I did when i was  entertaining my neice, nephew and son was to create an asault course.  I only live in a 2 bed terrace but it was great fun.

It started in the lounge:

• 5 star jumps
• jump round cushions placed on the floor
• 3 laps up and down the hall
• run upstairs – 5 knee jumps on both the beds
• run back down
• finish in the lounge.

each lap was timed and it kept us enterrtained for ages – i could join in too  and energy was burnt off quite safely.
